Your card decks ship from The Fairytale Forest in Denmark within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

Flat rate shipping for 1-4 decks – same price whether you order one deck or four.

Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) with approximate currency conversions. Final amounts will be calculated at checkout.

USA, UK, EU, New Zealand (orders under NZ$1,000)
Note: Courier handling fees may still apply even when duties are waived.

Processing & Dispatch
Prints are produced to order at a facility near you and ship within 1-5 business days. Then allow for your delivery time.

Global Fulfillment Network
We print your artwork at facilities in the UK, EU, USA, and Australia – ensuring faster delivery and a reduced environmental impact. Your print ships from the location closest to you.

Customs & Import Charges
Within printing regions (UK, EU, USA, AU): No additional taxes or duties apply.
For other destinations: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country. These vary by location and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your print ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress in real time.

Packaging
Each print is hand-rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition.

  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
