CARD DECKS & GUIDEBOOKS

Returns for Unopened Items

We accept returns of unopened card decks and guidebooks within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The deck remains sealed and unopened • The product is in its original condition and packaging • You contact us before the 14-day period expires

How to Return:

  1. Email info@martinobakke.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and address
  3. Ship the unopened item back to us within 14 days of receiving return authorization
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item • Refunds are issued to your original payment method • Original standard shipping costs are refunded • Premium shipping upgrades are non-refundable

Opened Card Decks & Guidebooks

Once opened, card decks and guidebooks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  •  Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@martinobakke.com
  •  Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  •  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  •  We cover all return shipping costs for defective items

PRINTS

Made-to-Order Policy

Every print is a custom order produced specifically for you after you place your order. Because each piece is individually created to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the item.

Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in delivering museum-quality prints. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right.

To Report an Issue:

  •  Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@martinobakke.com 
  •  Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue 
  •  We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

GENERAL TERMS

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective: 

  • Opened card decks and guidebooks
  • Custom-printed artwork
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged: 

  • Do not discard the packaging – we may need photos for our shipping insurance claim 
  • Contact us immediately with photos of both the item and packaging 
  • We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item: 

  •  Contact us at info@martinobakke.com within 14 days
  •  We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no charge 
  •  We will cover all shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Cancellations

  • Card decks and guidebooks: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Prints: Because printing begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
